O Plano Nacional de Formação Financeira é um projeto iniciado em 2011 pelos supervisores financeiros para melhorar os conhecimentos financeiros da população portuguesa e promover a adoção de atitudes e de comportamentos financeiros adequados.
O Banco de Portugal, a Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários e a Autoridade de Supervisão de Seguros e Fundos de Pensões são responsáveis pelo Plano Nacional de Formação Financeira, que conta com uma rede alargada de parceiros, incluindo ministérios, associações do setor financeiro, associações de consumidores, associações empresariais, sindicatos e universidades.
O Plano Nacional de Formação Financeira adotou a marca Todos Contam, que reflete a visão agregadora dos projetos de todos os parceiros e destaca a importância de a formação financeira chegar a toda a população.
