Disputes on banking products and services

If you have a conflict with an institution that markets banking products and services, such as home loans and other mortgage loans, consumer credit, structured deposits, basic bank accounts, payment accounts and services and the issuance of electronic money, you may use an alternative dispute resolution body, rather than go to court.

Consult the information on alternative dispute resolution bodies to which the institution concerned has adhered and to which you can resort.

Price lists

Consult and compare the fees and expenses leaflets of the price lists in Portugal. Leaflets on fees and expenses include information on the charges levied by the institutions on the products and services they market.

This feature allows you to consult the history of each institution’s price lists since January 2017.

The exact calculation of interest requires the definition of the deposit period in days. If the period is defined in months or years, a month of 30 days and a year of 360 days are always assumed, providing an approximate value.
