Resposta It is the possibility given to customers to waive the credit within 14 days of the date of conclusion of the credit agreement or, if later, from the date of receipt of a copy of that agreement, without the need to invoke any reason. To exercise the right of free revocation, customers must notify the institution of their intention in writing or on other durable medium. Once the right of free revocation has been exercised, customers have 30 days to reimburse the principal and interest due from the date it was provided until it is effectively returned.
