Resposta The payment service provider must refund the customer (even if provisionally) with the amount of the allegedly unauthorised transaction no later than by the end of the following business day after noting or being notified of the transaction by the customer. However, if there are grounds for suspecting that the customer has acted fraudulently and it communicates those suspicions to the judicial authorities pursuant to criminal law and criminal procedure, the payment service provider is not required to refund the amount of the allegedly unauthorised transaction within the time limit indicated.
