#toptip campaign highlighted in OECD report on promoting young people’s digital financial inclusion

On 21 July, the OECD published the report “Advancing the Digital Financial Inclusion of Youth”, in which it systematises policy options, supported by data, studies and national approaches, with the aim of promoting the digital financial inclusion of young people.

In this report, prepared for presentation to the G20 platform dedicated to financial inclusion (the Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion), the OECD mentions, among other initiatives, the financial education campaign #toptip, developed by the Banco de Portugal with the aim of raising young people’s awareness of the precautions to take in digital channels, particularly when accessing banking products and services.
