The Bank Customer Website is managed by the Banco de Portugal and informs citizens about retail banking products and services, supporting informed financial decision-making.
The Banco de Portugal provides various materials on the Bank Customer Website – videos, brochures, decoders and podcasts – on issues like deposits, credit, payments, online safety, family budgeting and savings.
The Banco de Portugal also promotes regular financial training initiatives throughout the country, taking advantage of its network of agencies and regional delegations. To request financial training initiatives at schools, local authorities and other citizens’ advisory bodies, send us an e-mail with your request to [email protected].
Together with the other financial supervisors and partners, the Banco de Portugal promotes the National Plan for Financial Education. The National Plan for Financial Education’s website – the ‘Todos Contam’ website – provides content and information on managing personal finances, as well as an e-learning platform with pre-recorded classes, resources and a Moodle space.
