The European Banking Authority (EBA) published its Consumer Trends Report for 2020/2021 on 10 March 2021.
This report identifies the main trends in the markets for retail banking products and services at the European level and highlights the most relevant consumer protection issues. The Report also explains the measures the EBA has taken to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on consumers.
