The fee amount shown is the maximum for the requisition and delivery of a single cheque, or, where institutions only provide cheque modules, to the amount of the division of the maximum fee applicable to the module with the lowest number of cheques by the number of cheques that make up this module. In this case, the module and the number of cheques that make up the module are identified in the field ‘cheque module’.
