Invited by the European Commission and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development/International Network on Financial Education (OECD/INFE), the Head of the Banking Conduct Supervision Department of the Banco de Portugal, Lúcia Leitão, participated on 25 January in the launch event of the financial competence framework for adults in the European Union.
The framework was published on 11 January and was jointly developed by the European Commission and the OECD/INFE.
