COVID-19. FinCoNet highlights initiatives by supervisors to protect bank customers

The International Financial Consumer Protection Organisation (FinCoNet) has published a new edition of its newsletter, in which it highlights initiatives undertaken by conduct supervisors aimed at mitigating the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on bank customers. The newsletter features measures taken by supervisory authorities in Russia, Canada and Peru.
